Carl Roberts relocated to Philadelphia from Chicago to attend The Wharton Business School. In 1997, in order to fund his education, he started selling real estate at Prudential in Center City, Philadelphia. In only a few short years Carl became one of Philadelphia’s top-selling Realtors, filling a critical gap & raising the bar for services offered and professionalism in the industry.
In 2000, he was included in the Top 10 Selling Realtors in Philadelphia for both Overall Sales and Production by the Philadelphia Realtor Association. Additionally, after progressively moving up the ranks of Prudential’s top 100 Realtors, he was ranked #5 of their 59,000 agents in 2005. At that point he realized was ready for a new challenge. Starting his own brokerage was the next logical step. So he joined the network of the fastest growing real estate company in the United States and opened up the 1st Keller Williams in Philadelphia.
